Make your Move Year Resolution, and commit to fitness in 2019 by participating in this indoor event! All abilities welcome! Compete or just have fun. Choose either the triathlon (swim, bike, run) or duathlon (run, bike, run), and choose the time for all legs of the race (either 10-minutes or 20-minutes). Your distances for each leg will be recorded. Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers in the 10-Minute Triathlon, 20-Minute Triathlon, 10-Minute Duathlon, and 20-Minute Duathlon. All participants will receive a t-shirt.
Swim - Completed in the indoor pool
Bike - Completed on a stationary bike inside the fitness studio. Spin bikes are not permitted because distance must be tracked.
Run - Completed on a treadmill in the fitness studio, or on the indoor track
Transitions - Participants are permitted 15-minutes between each leg.
