Women's Self Defense Class

Through discussion, demonstration & practice, women (14 years of age & older) will learn how to recognize and fight off hand & arm grabs, grabs from behind, choke holds and other unwanted touches by an attacker. Participants will also learn how to stand and where and how to strike and kick. The techniques used can be physically challenging so your level of participation should be based on your physical and mental abilities.

This class has been rated EXCELLENT by hundreds of past participants. Groveport Police Officers serve as instructors. Fees have been kept extremely low as the City of Groveport does not want there to be a financial barrier for any person interested in taking this course. Your participation in the class could one day SAVE YOUR LIFE.
