Did you know that you do not have to be a pass holder/member to participate in our fitness classes? However, pass holders/members do get the lowest possible rates for classes. Stop in and see what our certified instructors have to offer. You don't need to sign up for six or eight weeks at a time. Almost all of our classes are drop-in and are available to persons 13 years of age and older.
